Talent Optimization System

The client wanted to create a brand new, never before created profiling system of students, educators, school leaders, and professionals. They had over 7 years of research and it was my job to make it all come to life and be as visually compelling as the insights.

The first set of the "Talent Optimization System" involved color palettes, visual aesthetic research, and eventually a photoshoot.

Due to a strict budget, I:

• Researched multiple vendors, chose best quality for price
• Handled model selection
• Shopped for and provided wardrobe based on models
• Provided and supported makeup
• Helped support posing/concept clarification with the photographer to the models.

Student Success System

This particular system was challenged by the presence of a pandemic making photoshoots a bit more difficult as these needed to get done during the stages of lockdown. Due to time restrictions and workload, I hired and oversaw two junior designers to collaborate on the overall look and feel. I creatively directed and created all illustrations in place of a photoshoot.
